Refund Policy & 45-Day Guarantee

Last updated: October 28, 2026

We want every Kozilab product to make your routine easier. If it doesn't, we'll make it right. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States from kozilab.com.

1. The 45-Day Guarantee

You have 45 days from the day your order is delivered to try your product. If you're not happy, email us at info@kozilab.com with your order number and a short note about what didn't work, and we'll refund the price of the product to your original payment method.

• For most items we'll ask you to send the product back in its original packaging. We'll email you the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.
• Hygiene and single-use items (anything that touches skin, mouth or food once opened) can be refunded without return; we may ask for a photo.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, unless the product page says otherwise.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval (or of receiving the return). Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Some products carry a longer guarantee, shown on their product page (for example, 45 days). In that case the period on the product page applies.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 45 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You never pay shipping for our mistakes.

3. Lost or late packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after shipping, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order, or any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible.
