These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kozilab.com (the "Site") and purchases made by customers in the United States. The Site is operated by Bright Up LLC ("Kozilab", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.

2. Products and use

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors and sizes can vary slightly from photos. Read the directions and any warnings included with each product before use, and keep small items away from children and pets. Our products are home and everyday-use goods; unless a product page says otherwise, they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy & 45-Day Guarantee, which are part of these Terms.

5. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you confirm it's yours and truthful and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our products. We never edit reviews to change their meaning.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, design, logos) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. You may bring claims in small-claims court where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.
